If I am honest with you (maybe because of my career or
my musical "profession") I am a lazy boy talking about physical
activities ...
On the other hand, I have a large part of my time
occupied with several classes a week and other musical activities… but all at
home!
The last time I had several physical complaints, and
that scares me because I am a young man (I am only 24 years old!) ... I felt so
tired, muscle pain, etc. (I am sure that this is because online classes, spend
many hours in front of the computer, the quarantine, and at first, the fear of
leaving the house, etc. anyway, reasons why not leave home).
I decided to start with an exercise routine (hopefully
the most number of days at week), but is nothing new for me, because this
routine contemplate cycling routes, muscle exercise and stuff like that, and
all this practices I have done them before… so, the difference is that this
time the pandemic was the motivation and exercise a necessity of my body… so,
thanks pandemic for give me this motivation, but I hate you for everything else
(hahaha).
This time my body spoke to me, and I've been feeling a
lot better lately.
