In my entire life I have had several animals. Being absolutely honest, I forgot some names because at that time maybe I was too young. Despite this, I would like to talk about my two current pets, who have otherwise been with me for many years. They are both dogs, and they are very different from each other.
The first one was adopted from a family that could not take care of her and her eight sisters. Her name is Estrella and she’s 15 years old… Pretty old, but very active and in my opinion with several more years to go. She is very calm in her daily life, she is generally rolling around and sleeping peacefully ... she is quite blind and deaf, but that does not take away her spirits and the desire to play.
The second is called Luna and she is much younger than the first. She is 7 years old and her arrival was rather anecdotal. One day in July 7 years ago, someone tried to bring her into our house as it was very cold. Just at that moment my brother and my mother arrived by car, and Luna got under the car because it was hot ... she was probably very cold, and she was very small. We decided to take care of her until she grew a little and give her up for adoption, since we already had a Estrella, but this never happened. Luna is overly hyper, extremely playful, and loves to eat. I think the fact that Luna is so active makes Estrella, despite her age, very energetic as well.
Sometimes they fight and argue, but generally they get along. They are very funny and sometimes they drive us crazy, but I think that is how affective relationships work in general (hahaha). Both are very affectionate too and apparently they detect with great precision both good and bad emotions, since they always accompany us in bad moments ... as if they detected it. We all love them very much and we probably wouldn't be the same if they weren't with us (I have a new computer and I don’t have any picture u.u).
It's really beautiful to have such an old dog, Estrella must know a lot of things
ResponderEliminari love the dynamic between old pets and young pets. It seems that the old pets, that are usually lazy, just give in to play with the young one.
